In order to make getting a patent more predicable and affordable we offer flat fee rates* for micro and small entities.
Flat-fee rates not including government fees are as follows:
Patent applications:
US Provisional: $1750
US Non-Provisional (up to 10 figures, 20 claims, 3 embodiments): $6000
PCT Application: $6700
Patent Prosecution:
Office action resp. (non-final, up to 3 basis for rejection): $1800
Examiner inter.: $400
IDS: $100
